Heeeelarious….
Can someone please tell me how I’ve NOT seen this already? “This” would be Anita Renfroe’s MomSense to the William Tell Overture. Apparently this clip is making the rounds but I’ve just discovered it today. Ya’ll know I’ve never posted a video before but you TOTALLY have to see this one if you haven’t yet.
Oh, and a quick note? My 8-year-old son watched this with me and first said, “Is that Oprah?”
To which I said, “Are you outta your mind? That’s not Oprah!”
Then he said, “Ohhh, yeah. I see now. It’s You!”
And he meant it, ya’ll.
Do any of you see the resemblance between me, Oprah, and Anita?
She is absolutely hilarious! I saw her at the WOF conference in June! She is great! I can’t believe you haven’t seen it yet! Your son cracked me up!
Have a good Thankful Thursday! I’m thankful for your blog tonight! You are such a blessing to all who read it!
Love,
Angie xoxo
Yeah…i have seen her on something and she did tour with women of faith…i’m sure i read in my high quality reading (AKA People magazine) that she and Robin McGraw are good friends. Who knows…I may have just made that up.
Anyway, she is heeeelarious!
she is soooo good! i saw her at LIFE TODAY taping a show for James and she did this one—she forgot a line and wanted to do it over again and the second time she forgot again…and she was so humble about it—she said to just let it go like that—as if we could tell if she missed a line anyway…totally delightful girl…just like you…your son was so cute—is it you MOM?? The resemblance between you and Anita is DELIGHTFUL ADORABLE PASSIONATE MOM’S…your son is way too cute!
That is totally funny!!
I totally think you look like Oprah and Anita – LOL!!
Kids crack me up!
Blessings,
Kim
I saw her a Women of Faith too.
She was really hilarious!!!
I would love to go see her again.
It is amazing that whole Momsense thing.
Totally true!
The first time I saw this, my jaw hit the floor in amazement at her ability to squeeze all those words in that song! Pretty impressive. I laugh every time I see it.
She’s now going out with Jennifer Rothschild on her Fresh-Brewed Faith Conferences. They’ll be in Waco (TX) the last weekend in January.
Your son’s response was great, and I’d take that as high praise. He obviously recognizes his mom’s potential for fame and knows you make us other gals laugh!
I have not seen her before and I really thought this was funny. I can totally relate to the words. She is a Mom for sure. Thanks for sharing that. Love You!
I agree. That may be the funniest thing I’ve ever seen on YouTube. (So much else tends to be crap-ola.)
And it’s so very, very true.
This is one of my favorite videos…I watch it every time someone sends it to me and laugh out loud all over again. I’m starting to have it memorized…wait, don’t all moms have it memorized because we say it every day anyway!!
I saw her at WOF too….unfortunately I can not see it now on your site while I am at work though….it is stinkin’ funny!
As far as the resemblance…Oprah…uh…NO!!!! Anita….I would have to see you in person first….but personality wise…I bet you are pretty close! LOL
I laughed so hard when she did this at WOF in Atlanta, I nearly peed in my capris! I surely laughed til I cried! She is GREAT!!
But I think you should get your son’s eyes checked. I mean, really!
How funny! I love it!
Love it! Every time it comes around I watch it again and again!
She makes me laugh so hard I could almost “tinkle” (sorry, but as I get closer to 40 it is becoming more and more a reality!) HA!
Oprah?
nah,
You?
maybe!
Me?
Possibly!
I love this video!! It cracks me up that your son thought it was you! I can see it with her, but Oprah??? No way!
Have a great weekend!
:-) Susan
hahaha yes i got this in an email and then saw her at a WOF conference…she is so stinkin’ hilarious
Old news. Seen it. :))
I have a newer and more recent one…come check it out!!!!
Perhaps it wasn’t so much that she looked like you, but that she sounded like you…LOL! I know my kids laughed when they heard it the first time because I say that stuff my ownself!
This IS funny. I’ve just browsed your blog back a couple of weeks, and hope you and all in the congregation are doing well in this season of both grief and joy. Blessings, LM2
Hey girl,
I just had to tell you. I made your Potato soup this weekend and it was a huge hit!!
I added a little cheese and some bacon for my manly men here and they loved it!
Hugs,
Sue
Well I you may not look just like Oprah but you sure are cute lol! Maybe thats what your son was trying to tell you in a roundabout way lol ;).
Loved that video, it’s totally hilarious.
Hi, Lisa.
I am wondering how the couple who lost their son is doing? I was thinking of them.
Merry Christmas to you!
maybe she does not look like you…maybe he just thinks she sounds like you?????
Merry Christmas!
Well, that’s TWO of us that are living under a rock! I’ve never seen this either!!! I love it! Thanks so much for sharing it.
